How do I place an Order?
If you've ordered your items on a pre-order, they will be shipped when the items are made. The 'Shipping From' date will be listed on your order confirmation email. We do our best to meet these shipping from dates, however if the demand for certain styles is higher than expected it can take our sewing machinists longer to complete the orders being made. In this case, we recommend checking our Order Status Page for updates on styles: here.
We sell on pre-order so that we can accurately monitor how many items of a style to make. This is a slow fashion approach, as the styles aren’t instantly available - but we are able to dramatically irradiate waste by producing only what is actually ordered.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. Once the order has shipped you will need to wait and send the product back using your own trackable shipping method.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No account required for placing orders, you can proceed with your purchase directly.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This feature allows you to track the status of your order all the way through to delivery.
How Can I Return a Product?
Yes, we accept product returns and exchanges within 5 days of receipt of goods, as per our returns and exchanges policy. The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, with all labels and original packaging in good condition.
